Product description
HDPE CORK MFI 3.2 Regranulate is produced from selected post-consumer waste, primarily from HDPE caps (corks). The raw material is characterized by a uniform composition, good purity, and stable processing parameters. This high-density polyethylene is intended for extrusion and injection molding processes, particularly where medium material flow, good stiffness, and high chemical resistance are required. The regranulate is produced via melt filtration using 200-micron meshes. Upon request, the mesh density can be adjusted to meet individual technological and quality requirements.
APPLICATION
• Production of pipes and profiles
• Bottle and canister production
• Embossing of tapes and technical details
•Medium weight injection molded components
• Production of thicker foils (e.g. technical sleeves)
