Milacron implements direct sales & services in Benelux

Milacron implements direct… With the recent expiry of their business relationship with Ferromatik Milacron Benelux BV, Milacron has announced a comprehensive direct sales and service infrastructure for the Benelux market to be in place since January 1, 2017.

Milacron announced this to be part of their ongoing global expansion strategy and continued strengthening of local services across Europe. This is seen as an important step to provide dedicated resources and now even stronger support in this region, based on a solid plan for closer customer interaction and enhanced services and support levels to overall European customer base.

Denis Poelman, Managing Director of Milacron's Injection Molding Machinery Business in Europe commented: "This is a very important step for Milacron in Europe. We successfully introduced our direct presence in Italy and number of other European markets just recently and are thrilled about this new setup for the Benelux".

Milacron also announced that a smooth transition for all existing as well as new customers and timely responses for all current and future incoming requests has been assured. Part of the new setup is proven processes and a dedicated team of highly skilled specialists to stay on top of the change. The news also includes now the offer of Milacron's complete product and service portfolio in the Benelux market - including the new MAGNA T SERVO all-purpose injection molding machine, the ELEKTRON EVO all electric machine series as well as the recently introduced linear standard robot solutions.

The new sales and service structure is designed to focus on all customer activities in Benelux and will underline Milacron's commitment to this market. Local customers as well as any company who has production facilities in Benelux will benefit from the newly created resources as well as from the comprehensive direct customer support and injection molding expertise. A local technical services team and a direct service hot line are part of the new direct support setup.
