Basic parameters:
1. Shore hardness - we are not able to test it in our laboratory. We have information from the raw material technical data sheet: 86-90.
2. MFI may vary depending on the raw material batch, therefore we use the following range:
2.1. 5-20 g/10 min, test temperature 190 deg.C, load 2.16 kg - regranulate test.
2.2. 60-75 g/10 min, test temperature 205 deg.C, load 12.5 kg - MFR test of virgin granulate.
