ESDMT / ESDT are quick-release couplings with an automatic locking mechanism that prevents accidental disconnection. TempSecure quick-release couplings are equipped with a High-Performance FKM (HFKM) seal as standard, adapted to operate at higher temperatures. Furthermore, an additional seal is incorporated into the body to increase the sealing level. This makes the quick-release coupling particularly suitable for applications involving hot media, such as hot water or thermal oil.
The TempSecure system is characterized by its simplicity and intuitive operation. Even in difficult and restricted environments, it allows the operator to quickly and easily connect and disconnect the quick coupler. Connection is achieved by automatic sleeve locking, which requires no additional movements, unlike the SECURITY LOCK system.
An additional green indicator beneath the locking sleeve clearly indicates a correct and secure connection. The disconnection process can be performed without the need for visual inspection due to the forced guidance of the locking sleeve.
