Ludecke quick couplings - ESRG series (French standard FR DN12)

ESRG is a series of valveless quick couplings designed for use in low-temperature temperature control systems for injection and blow moulds in the plastics processing industry. The ESRG series with a nominal diameter of DN12 complements the previously introduced ESR series with a nominal diameter of DN8. The lack of shut-off valves ensures high flow capacity, which positively affects the efficiency of the mould temperature control process. The sockets are distinguished by an unusual design - specially prepared mounting ports ensure that the elements screwed into the mould do not protrude beyond its outline, effectively protecting them against mechanical damage. Individual components can be colour-coded in a simple way, enabling quick identification of channels while minimising the risk of incorrect connection. The improved locking system guarantees safe operation, and the ergonomic design allows quick and convenient one-handed connection, which is particularly important during mould installation.
