USEFUL INFORMATION during the purchase:

1.There are several categories of sheets of the same thickness. The fact that the container is made of 3 or 4 mm does not mean that it will serve us for many years.

2. All our containers are equipped with two unloading systems, which guarantee both efficiency and safety of work.

3. After unloading, the container automatically returns to its initial position.

4. An important element of the structure is the clamp which prevents the forklift from falling off the arms during unloading. Additionally, we can equip your container with a chain as a second safeguard.

5. The container has a number of system security features, such as e.g. pins that stabilize unloading on uneven terrain and a cotter pin guaranteeing controlled unloading.

6. The self-unloading container is additionally equipped with reinforcements in places exposed to crushing and impacts.

7. The container has specially adapted pads that guarantee the longevity of the base plate.

8. After unscrewing the washers, it is possible to mount a wheelset with a universal bolt spacing of different permissible load capacity.

9. Optionally, after informing at the production stage, it is possible to adapt the container for transport with a pallet truck.

10. The container base is secured from the front side against accidental extension of the forks and damage to the container in the open position. It is made of 4 - 8 mm thick sheet metal.

11. The warranty is 12 months with an option to extend it to 24 months

Each container of our production can be equipped with: a double bottom made of perforated sheet for draining the coolant, a drain tap, a maneuvering handle, a discharge rope and, importantly, we will always consider your idea of innovation

All self-unloading containers can be fitted with a double-sided cover, which provides protection against weather conditions. On special request, we can adapt the lid to be locked with a padlock (to protect the contents of the container against conditions other than the weather :))

The product is painted twice with undercoat and blue paint, the color can be changed as requested.
