Professional plastic processing services: shredding • washing • flotation
Scope of the process
  • Grinding: preparation of the working fraction for further washing and separation;
  • Wet cleaning: removal of dirt and residual contaminants; rinsing and spin/drying to low humidity.
  • Density flotation: effective separation of floating/sinking fractions
  • Agglomeration of plastics : compaction and shaping of loose waste (films, chips, foams, fibers) into compact forms with a much smaller volume and appropriate filling density.
Supported materials
  • Streams: post-production and post-consumer.
  • Polymers: PE, PP, HDPE (others – upon request).
  • Both "soft" materials (e.g. film, label) and "hard" materials (buckets, boxes, pallets)
