ARGUS MASZYNY offers pulverizers adapted to soft and hard materials such as: LDPE, HDPE, PE, PP, PC, PS, EVA, TPU, PET, ABS, PA, PVC, as well as hard PVC with CaCO3 content above 30%.
1. Tight grinding process - no dust during operation.
2.Automatic feeding, unloading and sorting.
3. Simple grinding gap adjustment using a feeler gauge and adjusting the mounting screws.
4. The grinding chamber has a water cooling system or a dual water and air cooling system that cools the chamber, bearings and disc.
5. The energy-saving model uses permanent magnet synchronous motors, which increase efficiency by 5-15%. The overall energy consumption reduction is 20-35%.
6. Our offer also includes a pulverizer that combines the features of energy-saving engines with a double grinding chamber, which gives a grinding capacity of up to 1600 kg/h with a 30% reduction in energy consumption compared to traditional solutions with the same performance.
