The TEMA pressure eliminator is used to relieve static pressure in hydraulic systems. Using the eliminator allows you to seamlessly connect a quick coupler that isn't originally equipped with a valve to the pressure eliminator. The absence of a pressure eliminator in a system with static pressure often results in quick coupler damage. The pressure eliminator can be installed directly in the main supply line, allowing all hoses or tubes connected to it and terminated with quick couplers or nipples to be safely relieved. Using a manual pressure eliminator extends the life of the quick couplers.
