PP regranulate

ML Polyolefins is a company that produces PP blow molding from pure post-production films. We offer base materials with various technical parameters. Depending on the customer's needs, we are able to modify the properties of the raw material. We provide filling services with mineral additives (chalk, talc) and additives, e.g. anti-odor, flame retardants, anti-UV, etc.

Below are examples of the use of our raw materials:

Strapfin 442- A unique base specially made for the needs of band producers made of polypropylene. This database is able to replace the original.

PP1 injection - high quality injection molding, available in black or mix, used for applications requiring color depth, final gloss of detail and quality of workmanship; works well as a high-quality base for a compound with minerals or GF.

PP1 extrusion - extrusion regranulate, available in black and mix, the recipe used allows you to dose up to 100% regranulate in production.

PP2 - Polypropylene with PE up to 10% (black or mix) with technical parameters similar to copolymer.

PP2H - homopolymer (black or mix) perfectly suited to extrusion (e.g. strings, but also thermoforming) or injection molding requiring the use of pure PP.

P4 - PP / PE blend (black or mix) which is an excellent base for compounds, characterized by high repeatability; when filled with GF, it gains high technical parameters; Application for injection: garden products, details used in construction, buckets, casters, etc.

PP5 - gray homopolymer, which is great for the production of pipes, fittings, elbows, garden pots. Possible staining and raising the MFI to 40.
