Our line configuration includes PCB fragmentation and metal separation.

The raw materials are crushed to obtain a mixture of metal and resin fiber powder. The metal and resin are then separated by an airflow separator and an electrostatic separator, respectively. The dust is separated into a baghouse dust collector using a pulse jet.
The line consists of the following devices:
