Ludecke quick coupler for transporting granulate - Softflow series

High-quality valveless quick couplings with a nominal diameter of 41 mm for the transport of liquids and the vacuum transfer of bulk materials, such as granules in the plastics industry. The quick coupling bodies and plugs are made of stainless steel, while the locking sleeve and plug elements are made of surface-hardened aluminum. The stainless steel construction ensures exceptional durability, i.e., resistance to both corrosion and abrasion. The quick coupling features a very high flow rate. A replaceable seal is an additional advantage of this series. The precisely manufactured hose sleeve, free of corrugations, perfectly adapts to the inner walls of PVC or PU hoses used in granulate transport. In the version for pipe connections, the plug and socket feature an additional seal – this solution is only suitable for vacuum applications.
