We offer the GNEUSS SF 90 screen changer – a high-performance melt filter for plastic extrusion and granulation lines (LDPE, HDPE, PP, PET, PVC, and compounds). The device is ideal for use with single- and twin-screw extruders, in regranulation, recycling, compounding, and film, profile, and pipe production processes.
The SF 90 model is a slide-plate design with the ability to replace the screen under pressure , without having to stop the process.

Tests, technological acceptance and start-up

It is possible to carry out tests of the GNEUSS SF 90 changer in our company – connected to the extrusion/granulation line, on material supplied by the customer.

The price of the device includes technological acceptance and testing at our headquarters using the customer's material .

For an additional fee, we can commission the changer at the customer's plant , integrate it with the existing line, and train staff in its operation and adjustment.
Upon request, we can assist with:

selecting the appropriate filtration configuration (sieve size, filtration degree, measurement system),
-
integration of the GNEUSS SF 90 with the extruder and the rest of the line (mass pump, head, granulation system).
