Tests, technological acceptance and start-up

It is possible to carry out extruder tests in our company using material provided by the customer – this allows us to verify performance and select optimal process parameters.

The price of the machine includes technological acceptance and testing at our headquarters using the customer's material .

For an additional fee, we can commission the extruder at the customer's plant and train staff in operation, adjustments, and basic maintenance.
Upon request, we can assist with:

selection and integration of peripherals (feeders, heads, calibration/cooling tanks, receiving devices, granulators, etc.),

incorporating the KraussMaffei 2-60 KK extruder into an existing or planned technological line.
