Main machine assemblies:

- Binding and stretching unit – automatic binding of coils and wrapping with stretch foil; stable construction, bobbin feeders, tension/binding force adjustment, quick material replacement.
- Winding unit – efficient module with speed regulation; the drum with arms/blades adapts to different pipe diameters and widths, guaranteeing an even disc shape and aesthetic packaging.
-Control cabinet with operator panel (HMI) – touch panel with intuitive menu, recipes and counters; light signaling of operating/safety status; quick changeover.
- Stacking unit – collection and depositing of finished discs; height/position adjustment for ergonomics and minimum downtime.
