Heated duct thermoregulator
The hot runner thermoregulator is used to control the temperature in the hot runner system. The device can control up to 48 zones in one sequence. Individual modules are equipped with an alarm function and can work independently.
The required temperature value of the hot runners is controlled by a PID controller. The device consists of temperature control modules, a main switch for the housing and fans. Each control module is responsible for a given heating zone of the hot runner mold, controlling its temperature with an accuracy of +/- 1°C.
We offer controllers for 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 zones.
