KNC-KS-1000 is a modern, modular system designed to precisely measure and control the width of the flat film spread on blown lines.

The advanced, non-contact measuring rod with two infrared sensors instantly and reliably detects the edges of the film, providing accurate data on its actual width.

The KNC-KS-1000's biggest advantage is that the measurement is performed after the foil has been shrunk. This makes the device ideal for applications where balloon circumference is traditionally monitored, ensuring greater repeatability and process control.

For the highest precision, the KNC-KS-1000 system is recommended to be mounted right next to the guide roller, preferably between two dedicated rollers, which maximizes stability and reading quality.
