The KNC-SD-500 series robotic depalletizing stations ensure highly efficient and repeatable emptying of bags with granules such as HDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC, ABS, PS and many others.
Automatic detection of the pallet height minimizes the time needed to pick up the next layer, increasing the speed of the entire process.

The KNC-SD-500 is equipped with five independent, flexible grippers that perfectly adjust to the pallet's unevenness. The mechanical-pneumatic design grips bags securely and precisely , eliminating the risk of spilling material .

Two stations for pallets with raw materials, a station for empty pallets and a basket for used bags create a complete, fully autonomous, unmanned work area .

Realized thanks to the cutting and shaking extension above the pneumatic CSD feeder.

Each empty pallet is automatically placed on a storage pile.

Combining a robotic station with CSD provides even greater system autonomy.
