Flexible heated hoses are designed to heat various media. In the extrusion process, they provide a heated connection between the co-extruder and the die head. The advantage of using heated hoses is temperature and flow stabilization, which guarantees a high-quality final product.
Flexible heated hoses are equipped with a type J temperature sensor (insulated junction) as standard. A type K thermocouple (insulated junction), a Pt100 resistance thermometer, or another type of temperature sensor is available upon request. Each heated hose must be controlled by a temperature controller to prevent damage resulting from overheating. We offer versions designed for use in hazardous areas (EX).
Heating of PVC, glue, chocolate, gases, PUR, exhaust gases.
