CLAMPING UNIT: Vertical, tie-bar-less clamping unit with horizontal injection unit. The clamping force range and injection unit can be modularly combined. The standard two-station rotary table is secured on the operator side by a light curtain (NOT AVAILABLE). Optimal working height and accessibility allow for the best possible manual operation. Alternatively, integrated automation components for insert and removal operations can be used. The operation in the removal or insert station can be performed in parallel with the injection station. The individual cycle steps are freely programmable and can be set separately for the injection and insert stations. The control unit is swivel-mounted.
HYDRAULICS: Energy-saving, low-noise hydraulic system, optimally adapted to the machine's operating point. Solenoid valves are positioned close to consumers, oil-saving filtration, controlled preheating and cooling, and start/stop ramp regulation for machine functions.
ECODRIVE version with outstanding energy efficiency due to the high-dynamic SHV 1 servo pump, very low noise level, water-saving cooling system, ideal for sequential movement sequences.
