DWR 100 and DWR 200 label dispenser

DWR 100 and DWR 200 are a range of semi-automatic dispensers for self-adhesive labels on rolls. Designed to work in an industrial environment, they are made entirely of steel, easy to use and universal enough for all types of commonly used labels. Available in versions for labels up to 100 mm or 200 mm wide.

In the DWR 100 F and DWR 200 versions, the labels are read by two microprocessor-controlled, self-learning sensors that can automatically recognize the difference in transparency between the label and the paper backing, thanks to which the label is almost completely peeled off on the peel bar. Once a label is removed, the next one is dispensed automatically. The control board also makes it possible to stop the motor rotation when the roll ends, and paper breakage may also be accompanied by an acoustic warning signal.
DWR 100 M and DWR 200 M versions are available for use with transparent labels; they have an electromechanical sensor that detects the difference in thickness between the label and the silicone backing paper with high precision.
Optional equipment for all models is an adjustable electronic counter that counts the number of labels applied or deducts from the set number before stopping label feeding.
The battery-powered version allows operation for approximately 5 hours without mains power, depending on label size and dispensing frequency.
The battery-powered device does not require a separate charger because it is integrated in the control board - the device charges automatically if left connected to the power supply.
