Labeling machine for round packaging DWR ROUND

Available in a version with a maximum label width of 200 mm or 300 mm. It is equipped with a roll holder for rolls with a maximum diameter of 300 mm, which ensures high operating autonomy.

The electronics have been developed on a single board made in SMD technology. It uses a 32-bit microprocessor. The user interface consists of a two-line LCD display with 40 characters and 7 function buttons. The software allows saving up to 40 different operating programs by entering all information related to the label and application type, which makes format changeover extremely fast.

Labels are detected using a fork sensor that reads transparency. For transparent labels, an ultrasonic sensor is available that reads the material thickness.

DWR ROUND can apply wrap-around or front/back labels, even in different sizes, placed on the same roll. DWR ROUND can also apply labels in phase by reading, for example, a colored notch on the product or a previously applied label.

DWR ROUND can also be equipped with an HSASYSTEMS inkjet printer for printing variable data such as date and time, barcodes, and text with a maximum height of 12.7 mm, a resolution of 300 or 600 dpi, and speed synchronized with the label feed speed.
