We offer a 2012 Presona LP40 EH1 automatic horizontal channel baler designed for baling cardboard, waste paper, foil, plastics, PET bottles, foams, and other recyclable waste. The machine is equipped with a pre-press and operates in line with a conveyor belt (see photos).

The nameplate confirms the type LP40EH1, pressing force 400 kN (40 t) and maximum oil pressure 20 MPa (200 bar), year of manufacture 2012 and serial number 5567.

Tests, technological acceptance and commissioning:

-It is possible to carry out press tests in our company using material provided by the customer – this allows us to verify the efficiency, bale density and process settings.
-The price of the machine includes technological acceptance and testing at our headquarters using the customer's material.
-For an additional fee, we can commission the press at the customer's plant and train staff in operation, adjustments and basic maintenance.

Upon request, we can assist with:

selection of loading conveyors, roller tables for receiving bales, wrappers, weighing systems, etc.,
integration of the Presona LP40 EH1 press into an existing recycling or waste management installation.
