At ProPak Asia 2026, Husky is presenting an offering aimed at packaging producers in Southeast Asia. The company emphasizes that rising conversion costs and emerging sustainability requirements should not be treated as conflicting challenges, but as parallel production goals. The exhibit focuses on solutions for preform and closure molding, high-performance packaging platforms, and tools for plant performance monitoring. According to the company, these technologies are intended to support brands and converters in delivering packaging that is safe, affordable and more sustainable. Husky also highlights its long-term commitment to the region, pointing to more than 30 years of investment and the expansion of local sales and technical support structures. The company is exhibiting at booth AF04 in Hall C2.

Preview of a closure manufacturing platform
At the event, Husky is previewing the new high-performance HyCAP PRO platform for beverage closure manufacturing. According to the manufacturer, the solution is intended to set new standards in production efficiency, output and finished part performance. The trade fair presentation is a preview, while a fully operational system is scheduled to be demonstrated at the Husky Shanghai Connect Open House planned for October.
Alongside HyCAP PRO, the company is also presenting a broader portfolio of integrated solutions developed to address the most important challenges faced by producers and brand owners.

Solutions for preform, closure and packaging production
In the area of scaling affordable production, Husky is showcasing the HyPET 6e and HyPET NX6 PET preform molding systems. According to the company, these solutions have been designed to enable further lightweighting of preforms and bottles while processing higher shares of rPET, without compromising quality and machine uptime.
The second element of this part of the portfolio is HyCAP SecuRE+, described as a closure forming technology enabling fully circular, mono-material PET packaging. This applies both to ultra-lightweight tethered closures and to designs without bottle attachment.
In the segment focused on maximizing efficiency, Husky is presenting the HyLECTRIC 6 and HyPERSYNC platforms. These systems are intended for various packaging applications, including thin-wall products, pails and consumer goods. They are complemented by 6Series Altanium mold controllers, Neo6, Delta6 and Matrix6, which received the Product Innovation Award for Energy Savings at Chinaplas 2026. The manufacturer states that these solutions provide advanced thermal management and improved energy efficiency during production.
The Husky Advantage+Elite platform for proactive real-time process monitoring is also being presented at the booth. According to the company, the tool helps reduce conversion and raw material costs through predictive performance analytics. The solution also received the Excellence Award for Energy Savings at Chinaplas 2026.
Support for production planning
The offering is complemented by Husky Advisory Services. These include operational assessments, factory planning and long-term production roadmaps. The aim of these activities is to support producers in transitioning toward a more sustainable and efficient manufacturing model.
