Separation of the German company TRENNSO
Through the inlet, the material is placed on a working sieve driven by an eccentric. Full electronic regulation of parameters of such eggs, the inclination of the screening box, the speed of the eccentric, the air flow and the simple exchange of screens with different meshes, allows for very precise separation of fractions.
Depending on the movement and inclination of the screen and the air throughput, the heavier particles are transported up through the sieve to the heavy fraction outlet, and the lighter particles down to the light outlet outlet.
The exhaust air is cleaned by the bottom filter assembly and can be recirculated to the machine (air recirculation).
