Thermoforming machines Rdm, Rdkp, RV, RD, Rdk - Illig

We sell both individual devices and complete lines. RDM thermoforming machines work in a forming and cutting system in one station and are designed for forming round cups, e.g. yogurt, for beer, for drinks, butter, margarine as well as for lids. RDKP, RD, RV thermoforming machines work in a two-station system, i.e. packaging is formed and cut out in two stations. Machines can produce up to 55 cycles per minute both food trays and also blisters and other technical packaging. RDK machines work in the forming and cutting system in one station and are used for the production of food packaging which is packed in an automatic system. Machines can process various plastics such as PET, PVC, PS and PP. Machines have different sizes of forming tables. We also sell auxiliary devices such as pre-heating stations, additional presses, various stacking systems, unloading conveyors, grinders, pellet conveyors for big-bags or silos. In addition to the sale of machines, we provide technical advice, we sell spare parts, we organize trainings both in ILLIG and in bets on customers.
