Cast stretch film production plant for sale . It is an excellent offer for a trading company that wants to start an adventure with the production of stretch film and become independent of its suppliers or production companies from the plastics processing industry who want to enrich their offer. Stretch film is so widely used that it needs no introduction. You produce exactly what you need and when you need it - thickness, width, stretch, color. You will gain greater flexibility in deliveries to your customers, you will take over the producer's margin, and thus you will strengthen your competitiveness. The plant has implemented the ISO and HAACP system, the certificate is valid until December 2022. The real production potential is 230 tons of film per month (10 trucks), which, at the current prices, allows to achieve revenues of PLN 1.75 million / month and PLN 21 million per year.
The activity is conducted in rented premises (280 sq m) in Tarnów with a lease agreement valid until the end of 2026. The offer includes the sale of 100% of shares in a limited partnership.
The company's assets include, among others: 2 complete lines for the production of cast stretch film, 1 automatic film rewinder, 1 semi-automatic film rewinder, screw compressor, power switchboard with 500 kW power equipment, database of customers and suppliers, IT system for recording and accounting for production, production recipes. The plant has not been producing film for about a year, but the equipment is 100% operational. We offer possible support in restarting the plant, training the crew, etc.
