The sludge dewatering stations are built on the basis of ROS 3/2 screw presses, which consist of a cylindrical basket. As a result of the flocculation reactor operation, they ensure efficient sludge dewatering and stable operation. The appropriate inclination of the sludge basket positively affects the separation of sludge solids, which are additionally conveyed by a low-speed screw. The filtration pressure inside the working chamber is regulated by means of a pressure cone. After the sludge filtration process, the basket is cleaned using an automated washing system.
