Sitma C 905

The SITMA C 905 packaging machine is designed for high speed packaging of regular shaped products in foil, in particular: magazines, catalogs, journals, and postal items. The machine is driven by a continuously variable hydraulic transmission that infinitely increases or decreases the speed via the electric remote control system.

The machine is equipped with a steel frame including sections in which all control and transmission elements are arranged. The side door provides easy access when carrying out periodic operation, adjustment or repair.

The machine consists of 3 modules:

Automatic hook feeder with a triple chain, whose task is to deliver products at regular regular intervals to the packaging machine, working continuously. (Length of module A 525 - 3070mm)

Sitma C 905

Packaging machine - Products are packed in plastic foil, which is unwound from a roll and wrapped around the product using special guides. Transverse welding machine equipped with electrically heated sealing strip covered with Teflon tape, which protects against melted foil fragments during welding, closes the packaging at the front and rear, while the longitudinal oscillating seal closes the longitudinal connection of the packaging (Module length 905 - 2500 mm)

Conveyor A 711 - its task is to increase the spacing between products leaving the packaging machine (Length680 mm module) + Transmission table
