We suggest supplying a single-screw extruder to the production of a specialized Chinese factory. Machines comply with the European standard, with a guarantee.
It is a basic machine for extruding soft and hard thermoplastics, such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyethylene (PE). Supplemented with other auxiliary machines (mixers, PVC powder loading units, granule loading, granule dryer, heads, extractors, calibration and cooling units, cutting units, storage tables or coilers) can create lines for the production of many types of plastic products, such as : pipes, thick flat foils, thin foils, boards, profiles or granules.
The standard are extruders with a screw with a diameter of 25 mm - up to a maximum of 250 mm, L / D = 25: 1, 30: 1 or 33: 1. All machines are delivered according to the customer's needs
