ARGUS MASZYNY offers single-layer blown film lines for the production of a wide range of sleeves and tapes from materials such as LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, etc.
Thanks to the possibility of regulating the width of the blowout and the thickness of the film, the finished products are used, among others in the packaging, garbage or food industry.
The film blowing lines offered by Argus Machines are characterized by high efficiency, a modern control system based on inverters, as well as fully automated control of the set temperature. Thanks to the use of high-quality materials for the production of the plasticizing system (38CrMoAlA), we have obtained a very good homogenization of the material and the mechanical strength of the extruder. This allows the use of inferior quality secondary material, without the effect of a drop in efficiency and negative impact on the mechanical elements of the extruder.
Our blowing lines can be optionally equipped with, among others with a rotary head, automatic granulate feeder, ionizer, manual screen changer, automatic or semi-automatic rewinders (one-sided).
