I offer the production of manual screen changers for extruders used in film production, plastic granulation, and pipe and profile extrusion. These changers are usually custom-made for a specific extruder.

The price of this offer includes the production of a manual changer with a screen diameter of 60 or 70 mm according to the specifications below.

Technical parameters of the changers:

• They have 2 replaceable sieves supporting the filter meshes

• Sieve change – manual.

• The filter plate is made of high-quality steel, hardened (carburized) with a hardness of approximately 60 HRC.

• Heated C45 steel side plates

• Bolts connecting the changer elements in class 12.9.

• The sieve seal is a specially profiled steel ring that is pressed against the filter plate by the pressure of the plastic. It requires no adjustments during operation.

• Mass pressure sensor socket in the body before the sieve – 1/2-20 UNF.

• M12x1 temperature sensor socket in the body in front of the sieve.

• Maximum working pressure 60 MPa.

Delivery includes:

• screen changer
• set of heaters.
• set of mounting screws.
