The saw is intended for cutting foam with a minimum thickness of 5 mm
Building
The saw is a mechanical device, electronically controlled with electric drives. It has four separate components that form a set of mechanisms for cutting foam during operation.
The structure is made of St 3S steel sections connected by welds, protected against corrosion
and powder coated, and steel sheet.
Cutting arm: consists of a welded steel structure with wheels mounted at the base. Inside the arm there are wheels guiding the cutting knife.
Mobile table: consists of a steel structure covered with aluminum sheet and vertical folding
combined table with fixed table.
Stationary table: consists of a steel structure covered with aluminum sheet and a vertical electrically moved table

Action
After setting the foam block on the movable table, we pull it to the stationary table
and fasten. We introduce cutting settings on the control panel. After pressing the start button, the saw will cut the foam cube in a previously programmed way
