What do we do when we get a worn out gearbox?
1.We disassemble it and thoroughly diagnose the wear of the gears, shafts, bearings and housing.
2. We clean each element of sediment, filings and old oil deposits.
3.We replace worn components, regenerate friction surfaces, harden and grind wheel teeth.
4. We assemble the gearbox, lubricate the moving parts and, at the customer's request, fill it with new, appropriately selected oil.
5.We test the whole thing to make sure it works like new.
