The W COUNTER CECK is a roll adhesive label handling device that can rewind labels clockwise or counterclockwise on various core diameters, count labels with a progressive or regressive counter, check for label presence and stop in the absence of a label.

When operating as a rewinder, the machine can rewind labels starting from rolls with a maximum diameter of 300 mm in the BASIC version or 400 mm in the BIG version. The rolls can be rewound internally or externally, with an adjustable spindle from 40 to 110 mm in the BASIC version or with a fixed 76 mm spindle for expansion in the BIG version. The rewinding process - internal or external - reaches speeds of over 50 meters per minute.

When working as a control device, the photocell counts the labels, but is also able to check their presence and signal their absence with the option of stopping to change their position. The operation requires no settings because it is performed by the control unit, which measures the label length through self-learning. An ultrasonic photocell is available for transparent labels. The control panel includes a 2-line display with 20 characters and 7 function buttons for programming: - winding speed; - internal or external winding; - checking for missing labels or the presence of a gap; - incremental or countdown piece counter with automatic stop. RW COUNTER CHECK is available in three versions: BASIC, PLUS and BIG ; all versions can be optionally supplied with counters.
The PLUS version is equipped with a replaceable winder for a 1-inch spindle.

COUNTER CHECK XTRA is a system suitable for a variety of applications, such as placing an inkjet printer instead of a thermal transfer printer or labeling machine. In particular, the LABEL version can apply a label to another label or to continuous tape at speeds of over 40 meters per minute. The system consists of a motor-driven unwind and rewinder that accept rolls with a maximum width of 230 mm and a diameter of 400 mm. The expanding pin allows for perfect locking core, and the tension arm of the winder guarantees very precise and compact winding. The adhesion of the material is ensured by rubberized rollers driven by a stepper motor, which guarantee perfect pulling. Labeling resistance and speed are synchronized via an encoder to ensure accuracy at all speeds.
