Our specialists design and manufacture equipment for extrusion of plastics in the range from D25 to D130.
For example : an extruder for processing PVC with a screw diameter of D 45-25 L / D and a capacity of up to 50 kg / h, where 4 temperature control zones are used, with ceramic heaters, air fans, a motor and an 11 kW inverter.
We use analog Omron controllers or PLC control to control the temperature.
Processing parameters are controlled from the control panel or the control cabinet.
The device meets all safety requirements and standards.
