Production Hall Sale Offer

• The hall is built in the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone in Dębno Lubuskie in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (possibility to benefit from financial relief).
• A new hall, completed three months ago, with an area of 1000 m2 (width 20 m, length 50 m) plus a two-story office building with an area of 260 m2.

• Own 650 KV transformer station.
• All water and sewage services operate with hot water, and there is also a sewage system under the hall floor, which is connected to three tanks, each with a capacity of 6,000 liters for washing foil in a closed circuit.
• There is a designated area, fenced with a concrete fence, for storing foil for recycling.
• I have permission to collect and process plastic waste - I have environmental decisions.
• Permit for collection and processing with codes 191204, 150102, 070213 - in progress.
• The plant is built 800 to 1000 meters outside the city, next to my plant there are several industrial plots for sale with all utilities (more information about these plots can be obtained by calling the Dębno City Hall: 95 760 20 63 / 95 760 27 33 / 95 760 30 02 to 04)
• The plant is built 30 km from the S3 road and 50 km from the A2 Świecko road.
• The plant has two granulation lines:

-One line with cascade flake film washing (extruders), one extruder 160 mm, the other 180 mm

-Second extruder line 120 mm with petal

• The entire facility is monitored.
• Pol-pavement around the hall.
