I have a plastic granulation line, compander, for sale.
The line includes:
- Extruder manufactured by PRC, two screws (2x65mm) co-rotating, 8 sections, double degassing (one vacuum with double pump), 55KW DC motor, year of production 2006. Screws in very good condition. Productivity approx. 200-250 kg/h for PP
- Hydraulic sieve changer, double, non-breaking thread.
- Double vacuum pump (water ring pump + turbo) for degassing
- Granulator manufactured by the Italian brand FILTEC, granulation in a water ring
- Granulation head for thread (granulation method can be easily changed)
- Oil pump with a cooler for cooling the extruder during granulation.
- Spring feeders for filling material and receiving granules
- Big-Bag stand with granules
- Control cabinet
Additionally to the set:
Two plastic pumps with geared motors can be used in production where constant feeding of plastic is required (e.g. strips, tubes, etc.)
Large silo
Molecular dryer, no filter and heat exchanger, otherwise operational
Second control cabinet (for parts)
