We have a new Sawa Electronic extruder at our disposal, dedicated to blowing a foil sleeve. The device is equipped with:

Convector WBS-5 fans.
Eleg heaters with a power of 3200 W (3 pcs.) And 3900 W (1 pcs.).
Extruder dimensions: 685 mm high (from the base to the motor); width 695 mm (layout) and 1300 mm (including the engine); length 2450 mm.
The bimetallic plasticizing system, with a diameter of 55 mm and a working length of 33 L / D, with a barrier screw, allows to achieve efficiency in the range from 30 to 70 kg / h.
