Main technical features of the PC series knife mills:

Rotor length: in the PC series, we offer mills equipped with rotors from 600 mm to 2000 mm in length. This variety makes it possible to adapt the mill to different types of materials and waste sizes.

Rotor diameter: the rotor diameter in PC series mills ranges from 220 mm to 800 mm. This specification allows precise matching of the mill to different sizes and dimensions of the processed material.

Main motor power: our PC series knife mills are available with main motors rated from 18.5 kW to 200 kW. This wide power range enables the mill to be adapted to different material types and required throughput.

IE3 electric motors (Premium Efficiency): all motors used in the PC series mills are IE3 class (Premium Efficiency). This means they are optimized for energy savings and efficiency, helping to minimize electricity consumption.

External bearing arrangement: the PC series mills feature external bearings, which means the bearings are located outside the cutting chamber, in the mill housing. This design protects the bearings from the negative impact of dust and other particles, resulting in longer bearing life.

Double-row spherical roller bearings: our PC series knife mills are equipped with durable double-row spherical roller bearings. These bearings are characterized by their ability to carry high loads, which is crucial when grinding difficult and demanding materials.

Flywheel: each PC series knife mill is equipped with a flywheel that increases the power and operating efficiency of the mill. It acts as an additional source of kinetic energy, supporting the grinding process and accelerating processing time.

Rotor configurations: the PC series offers various rotor configurations, enabling the cutting system to be matched to different material types, such as bulky waste, thin-walled materials, pre-crushed materials, and films.
