We offer the possibility of manufacturing mouthpieces for units in the form of a monoblock (one element) or bodies with replaceable tips, inside which additional filters can be placed.
Tips are available in various lengths, face radii and thread diameters and come in the following configurations:
• General Purpose
• Nylon Reverse Taper
• ABS Full Taper
• Nylon Reverse Taper
• ABS Full Taper
Nozzle tip material: 1.2344 tool steel hardened 48–50 HRC.
Nozzle body material: 1.2312 steel (up to 30% GF). If the glass fiber content exceeds 30%, the bodies are made of hardened 1.2344 steel.
