Line for the production of smooth HDPE / LDPE / PP pipes by Bausano, pipe production diameter from 25-200mm. Year of production 2011 serial number 5393. Capacity up to 300 kg / h. The working line can be seen on site and checked.

The line includes:

- VEMA gravimetry dosing unit - for 4 components

- Bausano SD 70/30 extruder, ABB 85kW extruder motor on a VEMA inverter, capacity 300kg / h

- head diameter size: 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 75, 90, 110, 125, 140, 160, 180, 200

- ESMOS D25 co-extruder - 3.5kW

- vacuum bath BT160 / 6, maximum diameter of pipes 200mm

- vacuum bath BT160 / 6 currently works as an ordinary cooling bath, maximum diameter of pipes 200mm

- M160 / 6 cooling bath, maximum diameter of pipes 200mm

- marking machine GNATA FILIPPO MDC 250 / SCRC / 3, hot marking with colored tape

- Bausano TNV15 / 150MB extraction, pipe range from 20-200mm

- Thyssen RD450 semi-automatic saw

- automatic saw Battenfeld knife cutting size of pipes from 30-330mm

- two pneumatic tilting tables 6000mm

- one 6000mm non-tilting table

- Battenfeld two-station rewinder, winding size of pipes diameter from 20-110mm, internal diameter of the coils to be adjusted from 500mm-2000mm

Additionally, for a small amount:

- second Battenfeld haul off for renovation, maximum pipe diameter 250mm
