Line for LLDPE Stretch Tape

We offer lines for the production of LLDPE stretch tape and stretch hood film by extrusion blow molding.

- for 1-layer and multi-layer (2-, 3-, 5-),

- efficiency: from about 25 kg / hour. up to approx. 300 kg / hour,

- with a rotating head or turret rotation,

- winders for strech tapes: double, free-standing, "back to back", automatic or with manual change of rolls, for "jumbo" role (for further scrolling on small rolls); for lines with a capacity of up to approx. 50 kg / hour. possible equipping the line with an automatic winder for ready, small rolls (eliminating the rewinder),

- AC motors controlled by inverters,

- central control with a touch operator panel,

- optional equipment at the Customer's request, eg automatic foil thickness adjustment systems, mini-recycling of edge strips with mill grind recess to the hopper, gravimetric dosing of raw materials,

- on these lines, you can also produce plain LDPE film (eg shrink-wrap, packaging).
