Cutting performance and durability:

The blade can be used for different materials according to how the machine is used.

This cutter is made of tool steel and corresponds to the quality of the original blade fitted by the Manufacturer.

The hardness achieved in the diagonal hardening process allows for even wear of the blade. The hardness of the material is the same throughout the entire volume of the knife, it remains constant from the edge to the core.

Shredding using this blade is efficient, the knives do not wear out with the same dullness as the original milling cutters mounted in the shredder.

In order to avoid cracking and damage to the chipper, it is forbidden to weld and surfacing the knives, it may cause cracking as a result of damage to the chipper.

Fixing in the machine:

The cutter is mounted with an M12 Allen screw.

When assembling the knife, make sure that it is attached to a full-fledged, undamaged holder. Installation in a damaged post may cause excessive wear and may lead to knife breakage.

General characteristics:

The dimensions of the cutting tool are 40 mm long, 40 mm wide and 23 mm high.

Shredder cutters are manufactured in Poland from certified tool steel.

They are hardened in certified heat treatment plants in Poland.
