The GCV series machine is a modern device that combines the functions of pre-shredding and final granulation of plastics. This allows for the processing of various types of plastics and more in a single process.
The upper part of the machine is responsible for pre-shredding – the material is fed into rotating knives, which cut it precisely. Additionally, a special system helps efficiently feed the material into the machine.
The lower section is the regrind zone, where the rotor design and material feed method can be adjusted depending on the type of material, its properties, and the expected throughput and final regrind volume. Importantly, once the material is processed, it no longer requires additional transport between machines. The machine has a compact design, takes up little space, and offers an excellent price-performance ratio.
