Extruder - Line for the production of full plastic sheets

The subject of sale is a technological line for the production of full plastic plates, ie PP, PE, PUMA, MPS, ABS from the original form of granules. The range of plate thicknesses is from 0.5 to 14mm, the maximum width is 2100mm.

The technological line consists of basic working teams which include:

1) Granulate preparation unit, sieve and degassing unit with the following parameters:

* screw diameter / pitch - 115/120 mm

* hopper capacity - 150 liters

* operating temperature range - -5 to + 40C

* engine power - 187kW

* capacity / weight of the extruder - 320 kg / h / 770 kg

2) Raw material mass heating unit, five heating zones with a power in the range of 7.5 to 11.8 kW supplemented by a 9.8kW mixer with a feeding head with a heating power of 12kW

3) A set of calender rollers with adjustable mutual position made of stainless, chrome steel, the central shaft has a knurl:

* operating temperature - determined individually for each roller through the SHINI STM-1220WF heating unit with a heating power of 13kW, power supply 400V / 50Hz

* technological width - 2400mm

* rotational speed up to 7m / min

4) Set of receiving rollers "TENSION" for compensating material stresses ITALPRODUCTS model TR025 series No. 1831-CI074

5) ITALPRODUCTS longitudinal cutting unit for the final dimensioning of hardboards.

6) Guillotine cutting unit for final sizing of soft boards.

7) A set of control cabinets.

The supplementary teams include:

* roller feeders

* cooling unit

* edge cutting unit

* control panels

Backup line in continuous use, possibility of presentation.
