Esmos knife mills

Dear Sirs, ESMOS AD is a Bulgarian brand with over 30 years of tradition and experience. The company offers a wide range of knife mills with a horizontal rotor. With its own patents and technical department, ESMOS is able to offer individually tailored solutions. I mean an additional row of fixed knives, the so-called wedge shear bar, to limit the intake of material into the cutting chamber. This solution prevents the rotor from blocking with very resistant plastic waste. We also select the type of rotor individually. We can choose from various configurations of the number of cutting knives and their arrangement. The option is scissor, where the shear bar in the body is set at an angle, acting like scissors. Cascade, guillotine or phase for e.g. cables to reduce the costs of sharpening and wear of knives. The rotor itself can be in a semi-open configuration for flexible, bulky materials. As well as a closed structure for hard plastics and thick-walled waste. In the first option, the knives are mounted on the rotor with an overlap, in the second, they are pulled in with a wedge.
