A production line for EPS boards made of white and graphite plastic is for sale.
The line is made according to our own design, using machines from German manufacturers.
Year of production 2015
Efficiency of 6 trucks 550m^3 / 12 hours
All PLCs and switches come from SEW and Toshiba. With all pipe systems. All fans and electric motors are integrated with SEW switches and gearboxes. The price of the complete EPS production line includes disassembly in Hungary as well as setup, assembly, connection, training and first start-up in the new company.
The line consists of:
Block molds (Chain conveyor transport cart, full automatic cycle, touch panel, insulated, vacuum system)
Steam tank 5 m^3
Transporters for white and dark materials
Fully automatic silo system (7 parts)
2 Pre-expanders
2 mixing stations for white and dark materials
Air tank (1,000 l)
Stand for packaging or big-bag
Cutting line
Packaging line with printer
2 extractors for white and dark dust
Compressor for all machines
Steam generator (1500 kg/hour)
Cooling for the vacuum system
Accumulation tank for heating water in the boiler
