It is available with a maximum label width of 200 mm or 300 mm . It is equipped with a roll holder for rolls with a maximum diameter of 300 mm, ensuring high operating autonomy.

The electronics are designed on a single SMD board. They utilize a 32-bit microprocessor. The user interface consists of a two-line, 40-character LCD display and seven function buttons. The software allows for the storage of up to 40 different work programs by entering all information regarding the label and application type, making format changes extremely fast.

Labels are detected using a fork sensor that reads transparency; for transparent labels, an ultrasonic sensor is available that reads material thickness.

DWR ROUND can apply wraparound or front/back labels, even with different sizes, on the same roll. DWR ROUND can even apply labels in phase, for example, by reading a colored cut on the product or a previously applied label.

The DWR ROUND can also be equipped with an HSASYSTEMS inkjet printer to print variable data such as date and time, barcodes and text with a maximum height of 12.7 mm, a resolution of 300 or 600 dpi and a speed synchronized with the label feed speed.
