The double-shaft toothed crusher is designed for grinding barrels, PE PP containers, car tires, wooden and plastic pallets, etc.
The shafts have a high-strength steel structure. The shaft structure balances the static and dynamic properties to ensure smooth and reliable machine operation.
In the AMWT series double-shaft crusher, the crushing process and its result depend on the thickness of the cutting discs and the number of hook-shaped blades on the circumference of each disc. The right choice of blades will have an impact on the performance and the ability to crush a wide variety of materials.
The geometry of the shredder blades can be adjusted depending on the material being processed. Two counter-rotating shafts with specially designed blades and spacer combs positioned between the blades and attached to the walls of the shredding chamber cut the material into pieces with great force.
